Terms and Conditions for Taekwon-Do Patterns with Master Suska

Welcome to Taekwon-Do Patterns with Master Suska (the name may differ on different system), a mobile application operated by Extremis (the “Company” also called Black Belt Project – that is a branch of the company), located at ul. Czestochowska 221, 42-233 Czarny Las, VAT-ID 573 286 59 95. By downloading or using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the Application
The app provides video content related to Taekwon-Do patterns. No personal data is collected through the app. However, you may make in-app purchases for access to additional content. The content available through the app is for personal, non-commercial use only. You can not publish the video clips in full or in parts on any internet platform, social media, etc.

3. In-App Purchases
The app offers in-app purchases to access certain premium content. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Guarantee
The app includes a 2-year guarantee for the use of the video content. Should any issues arise with accessing the content during this period, please contact us at support@tkd-patterns.com, and we will work to resolve the problem.

5. Intellectual Property
All content available through the app, including but not limited to videos, designs, text, and graphics, are the property of Extremis and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Extremis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, except for the guarantee mentioned in Section 4.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
