The Path To Black Belt
There are few books on the Taekwon-do ITF. Therefore, it is worth noting an interesting position for a new book that will be an aid for all students of Taekwon-do ITF, regardless of their stage of advancement.
“The Path To Black Belt” by Lukas Grygiel is a richly illustrated position. It will help the beginners to understand what is the essence of the training and what happens in the dojang and it has examples of arranged sparring and patterns from Saju -Jirugi to Choong-Moo for those more advanced.
Every movement from every pattern in the book is photographed and described with additional sketch of how to rearrange foot between the movements.
In addition, you can find here information about the current system of sports competition (with new weight categories) and current examination requirements for the subsequent student training levels.
You will find a lot of Champions from all around the world in this position: Jaroslaw Suska, Lylian Doulay, Mark Trotter, Maxime Bujold, Soledad Serrano, Marielle and Madeleine Lind.
