Throw Turn Catch
Throw the shield and try to turn around fast enough to catch it. Turn one way and then the other. Make 5 turns each side.
Hight Jumps From Squat
Jumping as high as you can, starting with a squat. Do at least 10 jumps.
Hands On Hips, High Jumps
Jumping as high as you can, keeping your hands on your hips. Do at least 10 jumps.
Knees To Chest Jump From Squat
Jumping as high as you can, pulling your knees to your chest, starting with a squat. Do at least 10 jumps.
Jump On One, Other To Chest
Jumping on one leg, pulling the other leg to your chest. Jump across the dojang and change leg.
Frog Jumps
Jumping like a frog... Do across the dojang.
Legs Behind & Roll Over
Start with laying down. Put legs over your head and back, roll over and repeat. Do as fast as you can. Do 10 times whole sequence.
Pushup & Belly Turn
Push up, turn on your belly, push up again. Do 10 times whole sequence.
Arms Wide – Left To Left/Right To Right
Start with laying down on your belly, arms wide. Try to touch your left hand with your left leg, one and another. Do 10 times whole sequence.
